Joke Writing Lab

Joke writing can be hard and lonely, but you can get better at it through practice in a supportive community. This weekly on-going class is a structured space to build your comedy muscles by writing in timed sprints. It’s non-competitive and led by Ethan T. Berlin, a veteran comedy writer and comedy writing instructor. You will learn how to write on predictable schedules, how to share your jokes even when you’re scared, and discover you’re better at joke writing than you knew you could be.

Specifics:

•Two times: Thursdays 8:30p-9:30p Eastern US and Fridays 12p Eastern US

•Held on Zoom.

•$25 for individual sessions. $90 for pack of 4 sessions.
