Calling all silly children! Join Montclair Co-op parent and author/comedy writer Ethan T. Berlin to write, draw, design, and produce actual issues of The Journal of Nonsense. This after-school class is perfect for creative, funny kids who love to make things up and make people laugh. Students will learn how to turn their wild ideas into publishable work, collaborate like a real editorial team, and sharpen their writing and art skills while building something they can hold in their hands. Open to 5th-8th graders.

Starts Jan 14, 2026, 10 weeks, Wednesdays, 3:45pm-4:45pm, Held in the Co-op.

Parents will need to sign releases, so that the magazine has permission to print their children’s work.
